what is the difference between 14kt gold-filled and gold plated?
Gold-filled jewelry by definition is "composed of a solid layer of gold, mechanically bonded to a base metal." It provides the quality one would expect from solid gold. Gold-plated, on the other hand, will tarnish and can result in discoloration. enewton design is proud to carry gold-filled products, which offer consumers a high-quality, long lasting piece of jewelry. So, go ahead and swim, sweat and shower in our special pieces!
how should I care for my enewton gold jewelry?
We recommend avoiding direct contact between your pieces and soaps, perfumes, sunscreens and lotions. While our product is water-resistant, we always recommend avoiding direct contact between gold-fill and chemicals as they can cause the beautiful finish to darken much more quickly than they should. Gently wiping the product down to remove chemicals from the surface of your pieces is the best approach when caring for your gold-filled jewelry. To clean, simply use a soft cloth with warm water. For a deep clean, our team loves using "Sparkle Bright Products All-Natural Jewelry Cleaner".
is your product made in the usa?
Yes! Our products are hand-beaded in Atlanta, GA with love.
do you ship outside of the u.s.?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside the continental U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
how long will it take for my order to ship?
Once the order is processed, your order is typically shipped out within 5-7 business days.
if i am having trouble ordering online, who do i contact?
my necklace stretched. why?
We are proud to say that 100% of our gold products are 14k gold-filled and can be enjoyed at all times for worry-free wear. Because we choose to work with precious metals for their resistance to tarnishing, unfortunately our delicate chain necklaces can stretch - as all chains made of precious metals can inevitably stretch. 14k gold-fill is a softer more malleable metal than say, iron or steel, thus can stretch and thin if not properly cared for. Tugging and improper storage can both be culprits of chain stretching. Our beaded chokers can stretch due to the weight of the beads on the chain over time. We recommend laying your pieces on a flat surface when not being worn. While enewton is not responsible for stretched chain outside of 45 days of purchase, we are happy to assist if you wish to have your chain swapped out or repaired for a small fee. If you wish to move forward with a repair, please fill out the repair form on our website and a customer experience team member will reach out.
i just placed an order online and made a mistake, can i change it?
enewton orders are processed very quickly. we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your request.
if i am sending a gift, what type of packaging do you offer?
All of our pieces have gift-wrapping available for purchase. You will receive our signature mint box with ribbon. Additionally, we are happy to write special messaging on a card if requested.
if i have a return, exchange or repair, what do i do?

can i place a custom order?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate custom orders at this time. This includes producing current items in different sizes.
i am interested in a locket. what is the best way to place a picture in the locket?
On the product page for lockets, you will be prompted to upload two photos for the locket. If you are unsure of how to complete this, please email [email protected] If you wish to do this on your own, the following tutorial will provide you with guidance: https://vimeo.com/96016481 Additionally, enewton will re-size and email back locket photos for lockets purchased at a specialty boutique. Please indicate the size of your locket along with your photos!
can i order charms by themselves?
enewton does not currently sell charms a la carte
can I ship to two separate addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders. Two separate orders will need to be created.

how do I know what size bracelet to order?
enewton offers three sizes (though not every product is available in every size). our standard line measures 6.75". our extends line measures larger at 7.5". Lastly, our egirl line (for children and petite adults) measures at 6". We recommend measuring your wrist firm to the skin using a fabric tape measurer to find the best fit for you. For comfort, add .25"-.5" to your wrist measurement.
if my package is unable to be delivered, what happens next?
enewton will refund your order minus the cost of shipping ($5.00) once the package is returned back to our facilities. please place a new order with a correct, accessible address.
I am having an issue with a product I purchased at a boutique. What should I do?
We kindly ask that all enewton jewelry purchased at one of our many specialty boutiques is brought back to location in which it was purchased. The store will work with our team to resolve your concerns with your product. Products purchased at boutiques may not be returned or exchanged with enewton.
