With standard shipping, your order will ship from Atlanta, GA via USPS in 5-7 business days when you order before 1PM EST M-F. After 1PM EST, please add an additional day. Please note that USPS has been experiencing internal transit delays, and we thank you in advance for your patience. All orders of $125+ will receive free shipping. All enewton COUTURE pieces will ship via UPS with signature required.

what is the difference between 14kt gold-filled and gold plated?
Gold-filled jewelry by definition is "composed of a solid layer of gold, mechanically bonded to a base metal." It provides the quality one would expect from solid gold. Gold-plated, on the other hand, will tarnish and can result in discoloration. enewton design is proud to carry gold-filled products, which offer consumers a high-quality, long lasting piece of jewelry. my necklace stretched. why?
We are proud to say that 100% of our gold products are 14k gold-filled and can be enjoyed at all times for worry-free wear. Because we choose to work with precious metals for their resistance to tarnishing, unfortunately the delicate chain necklaces can stretch - as all chains made of precious metals can inevitably stretch. 14k gold-fill is a softer more malleable metal than say, iron or steel, thus can stretch and thin if not properly cared for. Tugging and improper storage can both be culprits of chain stretching. Our beaded chokers can stretch due to the weight of the beads on the chain over time. We recommend laying your pieces on a flat surface when not being worn. While enewton is not responsible for stretched chain outside of 45 days of purchase, we are happy to assist if you wish to have your chain swapped out or repaired for a small fee. If you wish to move forward with a repair, please fill out the repair form on our website and a customer experience team member will reach out.
how do I know what size bracelet to order?

is your product made in the usa?
Yes! Our products are hand-beaded in Atlanta, GA with love.
do you ship outside of the u.s.?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside the continental U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
how long will it take for my order to ship?
Once the order is processed, your order is typically shipped out within 5-7 business days.
if i am having trouble ordering online, who do i contact?
i just placed an order online and made a mistake, can i change it?
enewton orders are processed very quickly. we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your request.
if i am sending a gift, what type of packaging do you offer?
On occasion, our pieces have gift-wrapping available for purchase, which includes our signature mint box with ribbon. Additionally, we are happy to write special messaging on a card if requested. All products are shipped with our signature mint pouch. Please note that at checkout, you will be offered the option to add additional signature mint pouches when ordering multiples of the same item. Please be sure to update this option as needed, as requests for additiional pouches after the order has shipped will incur a $5.00 shipping fee.
if i have a return, exchange or repair, what do i do?
Details on returns, exchanges or repairs can be found by clicking here. enewton accepts return/exchange requests within 45 days of purchase. we do not accept requests outside of this date at any time, including holidays.
can i place a custom order?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate custom orders at this time. This includes producing current items in different sizes.
i am interested in a locket. what is the best way to place a picture in the locket?
On the product page for lockets, you will be prompted to upload two photos for the locket. If you are unsure of how to complete this, please email [email protected]. If you wish to do this on your own, this tutorial will provide you with guidance: Additionally, enewton will re-size and email back locket photos for lockets purchased at a specialty boutique. Please indicate the size of your locket along with your photos!
can i order charms by themselves?
enewton does not currently sell charms a la carte.
can I ship to two separate addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders. Two separate orders will need to be created.
if my package is unable to be delivered, what happens next?
enewton will refund your order minus the cost of shipping ($5.00) once the package is returned back to our facilities. please place a new order with a correct, accessible address.
I am having an issue with a product I purchased at a boutique. What should I do?
enewton does not accept returns/exchanges on products purchased from specialty boutiques, however, we would be happy to assist in a repair for any broken or defective item. Simply filll out our repair request form and our customer care team will follow up with you!
does enewton offer price adjustments?
coupons cannot be applied to past orders or stacked, and are not valid on exchanges. enewton will offer price adjustments on full-priced orders placed within five days of the day of a sale.
