all enewton couture orders ship via UPS Ground, signature required.

A $25 shipping fee will be applied to all orders at checkout.

 

RETURNS

all enewton couture pieces have a 14 day return policy from date of receipt. Please email [email protected] to process your return.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

 

POLICY/WARRANTY

for any enewton fine jewelry piece that fails during normal wear and tear or because of a defect within the first 90 days of receipt, enewton will happily provide complimentary repairs on these items. UPS insured shipping labels will be provided to provide an extra safety measure for all shipping.  

 

For any repair outside of the 90 day warranty, enewton will gladly offer a repair concierge, however repair fees will apply based on the level of repair needed.
