RETURNS / EXCHANGES : You can return an item and request the funds to be deposited back to your original form of payment or to a gift card (note: a $7.00 s&h fee will be deducted from all returns). To complete a return/exchange, please click here. Once complete, this link will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please carefully pack up the items you do not wish to keep, along with their original packaging, and drop off the return at your nearest U.S. Post Office. If this item was a gift and you are unable to locate the order number, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help you locate this information. enewton does not accept exchanges on products purchased in-store. Coupons/promotions/sales will not extend to exchanged products. enewton has a limit of one exchange-on-exchange, after which point the product is final sale. enewton does not accept nor is responsible for returns that are not registered through our returns portal and shipped using an enewton prepaid shipping label. Additionally, enewton is not responsible for the credit/refund if the customer neglects to coordinate the return of items from multiple orders in one shipment without confirmation from the customer experience team.
