RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Our pieces are designed and made for you! We want you to be happy. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items purchased from our website within the last 45 days. You can return an item and request the funds to be deposited back to your original form of payment (note: a $7.00 s&h fee will be deducted), a return to a gift card (free returns - yay!), or an exchange (also free!). To complete a return or exchange, please click here. Once complete, this link will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please carefully pack up the items you do not wish to keep, along with their original packaging, and drop off the return at your nearest U.S. Post Office. If this item was a gift and you are unable to locate the order number and zip code, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help you locate this information. enewton does not accept nor is responsible for returns that are not registered through our returns portal with an enewton prepaid shipping label. A restocking fee will be withheld from all returns. We additionally request that if you are returning multiple orders, please contact customer service to confirm that you are merging returns if you choose to ship using a single prepaid shipping label that we provide. That way, we can note this on your account and ensure you will not be charged for multiple re-stocking/shipping fees. Additionally, enewton is not responsible for the credit/refund if the customer neglects to coordinate the return of items from multiple orders in one shipment without confirmation from the customer experience team. REPAIRS: Our pieces are designed for living in, we want you to enjoy your enewton jewelry for a long time to come. We proudly stand behind our products. For any defective enewton piece purchased from our website, we will gladly repair the item within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased a defective product from a retail store, please contact the store directly and we will work with them to repair/replace the piece within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Additionally, if any item is damaged from living in, whether purchased from our website or from a retail store, we are happy to repair the item for you. There will be a fee associated with the repair, and the fee will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please view our FAQ page to ensure you are taking the proper steps to care for your gold-filled jewelry. For all repair requests, please complete and submit the repair form, and a customer experience representative will be in touch with you. Note that work will not be performed until you have been advised of any applicable fees associated with the request, and your payment has been processed. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for your repairs to be completed.
